What you will be doing?

Your role will work closely with our Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Engineering Squads to configure, validate and deliver our products against the scope of each customer’s purchase, and to introduce new products and features into our customer delivery processes. You will raise, scope and track features and bugs through to resolution and release & manage the rollout of changes to our global customer base.

You will engineer repeatable, supportable & well-documented delivery processes and make extensive use of AI Agents to accelerate configuration, investigation and automation work, directing them and critically reviewing their output, so that our customers can quickly extract competitive advantage and actionable insights to drive their business goals.

Desired Skills & Abilities
  • You will have a keen interest in broadband, mobile telecoms, cloud technology and data analytics, with a strong affinity to technology and practical, hands-on experience of AI.
  • Experience working directly with customers: understanding requirements, setting expectations, presenting solutions and acting as a customer advocate.
  • Experience of system configuration and delivery against a defined purchase, ensuring what is delivered matches what the customer has bought.
  • Experience working with Engineering teams on features and bugs: writing clear tickets, reproducing and triaging issues, and tracking them through to resolution.
  • Knowledge of software release cycles, including release planning, testing, rollout and communicating changes to customers.
  • Ability to drive AI Agents effectively, create skills, templates & projects, and to critically review their output for correctness, security and fit before it reaches customers.
  • An innovative and inquisitive personality with the drive to identify and fix the root cause of problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in all time zones, in a remote working environment.
  • Showing ownership, proactivity and diligence with regards to process, documenting configuration and delivery steps, and creating high quality runbooks and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Education in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a Systems Integration Specialist or in a similar delivery, implementation or solutions engineering role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in customer-facing delivery and in configuring systems against a defined purchase.

  • Experience with MS Excel, Tableau, QGIS, GSuite and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience of command line terminals under MacOS / Linux, and editors such as Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience of making changes to configuration files under version control, including pull request review and CI/CD workflows, using GitHub or similar.
  • Experience of ticketing systems such as Zendesk & Jira and wiki systems such as Confluence.
