A leading global defence and aerospace company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a hybrid role in Warton. The successful candidate will analyze operational requirements for Electronic Warfare Database systems, perform assessments, and develop technical specifications. Essential skills include knowledge of Electronic Warfare concepts and operational experience in support systems. The hourly rate is £60 PAYE with a 12-month contract, offering potential extensions.

About The Role: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Systems Engineer – SME, to join the LTEWP IPT - Localising Typhoon Electronic Warfare Programme (LTEWP) team. LTEWP provides an in country Electronic Warfare Operational Support capability to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). The role focuses on the analysis of operational requirements relating to Electronic Warfare Database (EWDb) systems, performing an implementation assessment between two variants of the EWDb, assessing requirement shortfalls, and subsequently developing and defining technical requirements and specifications.
