A local government authority in the UK is seeking a proactive Systems Implementation Officer to lead the rollout of a new ICT system for Children’s Homes. This role involves collaborating with service teams, designing the system, and providing ongoing support and training for staff. Are you ready to lead the rollout of a brand-new ICT system for Children’s Homes in County Durham? We’re seeking a proactive Systems Implementation Officer who can work collaboratively with service teams to design, build, and embed a new digital system — supporting staff every step of the way, from initial review through to rollout and ongoing support and improvement.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a brand-new ICT system for Children’s Homes within the CYPS service. Working closely with service managers and staff, you’ll:
You’ll help ensure the new system is embedded successfully and supports continuous improvement across the service.
You’ll also help ensure our training programmes reflect industry standards and support continuous improvement across the service.
