A leading engineering company in the UK seeks a Systems Engineering Team Lead to manage a team through the design and development of critical systems. Responsibilities include leading project delivery, supporting business development, and ensuring efficient team operations. The ideal candidate has experience in leadership, verification, and validation. A competitive salary of up to £80k along with generous benefits is offered.

Taking responsibility for a team of Systems Engineers in the design and development and support of our products. Leading the team to progress the design, development, design proving, test, commissioning, and in-service support of equipment. Systems Engineering Team Lead will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £80k, depending on experience.
