Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their Systems Engineering team in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and significant experience in Systems Engineering. Key responsibilities include capturing and validating requirements, working with stakeholders, and ensuring project alignment with safety and technical standards. Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Experience within Systems Engineering within the Engineering field.
• Knowledge of the DOORS™ Requirements Management system.
• Demonstrable Requirements Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes to capture, manage, validate and measure the quality of Requirements.
• Ensure traceability from client needs to detailed engineering requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit clear requirements.
• Ensure robust evidence for validation and verification of Requirements.
• Promote good practice in requirements management.
• Maintain and develop competence in systems competence framework.
• Act as technical translator between engineering teams and managers.
