Overview

Pearson Carter arerecruiting a D365 CRM Systems Engineer for a leading financial services company on a remote basis. They have a young, refreshing culture and you would be joining a highly stable team at an exciting time, as they undergo a period of significant growth.

This role offers the chance to work on the design, development, and integration of a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, playing a key part in shaping innovative, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, entities, forms, and plugins.
  • Integrate third-party systems using APIs and custom connectors, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain C# plugins, SQL reports, and data structures to support performance, scalability, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders in an agile environment to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver enhancements on schedule.
  • Contribute to system architecture, documentation, and technical support, staying current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
Experience
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), including plugin development, customization, and configuration.
  • Experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party connectors, with familiarity in Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, maintaining high performance and quality under competing priorities.

  • A Salary of upto £46.000 is available
Location
  • The role is on a remote basis, with travel to Bristol 1-3x per year
