Job summary

UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) is seeking a Systems Engineer (Inside IR35) for a contract running to the end of April 2027. Hybrid role requiring a minimum of two onsite days per week in Oxford.

• Provide systems engineering support to decommissioning and demolition work packages.
• Support definition of new facilities and upgrades linked to decommissioning and waste disposal.
• Assist POCO team to identify hazards and interdependencies; identify cost-saving opportunities by de-activating unused subsystems.
