Systems Engineer - Defence Sector

Location: Hybrid Bristol (2 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonuses + Benefits + Progression

About the Role

You will be working for a leading engineering consultancy looking to grow their systems engineering and MBSE capability within the defence sector. You’ll help clients modernise and optimise their engineering processes - from early concept development through to in-service delivery. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile defence and digital transformation projects, alongside some of the brightest engineers in the UK. You’ll have a clear route for career progression, access to technical development, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, inclusive environment where innovation drives everything.

What You’ll Do

• System design, modelling, and integration activities.
• Define and implement MBSE
• Configure and manage toolsets.
• Apply systems engineering best practices across live projects.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Background in aerospace, defence, or energy.
