Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is recruiting a Tier 2 support and engineering role within the M2P Engineering team in London. You will provide Tier 2 support for MAM and post‑production platforms in a hybrid on‑premises and cloud environment, ensuring uptime and performance during live events.

You will collaborate with the tier 3 engineering team, document workflows, gather requirements from WBDSports, TNT Sports and Eurosport, and design centralized workflows across MAM and Post‑Production platforms.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • French language skills are desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
  • Experience in Sports, News, Production and Documentary environments.
  • Experience with MAM and Post-Production tools.
  • Extensive broadcast technical background (IP video/2110, NMOS, codecs, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Tier2 support for MAM and post-production platforms.
  • Manage tickets escalated from Level 0 and Level 1 support teams.
  • Coordinate incident and problem follow-up with internal and external teams.
  • Follow up updates on platform day-to-day with the Level 1 support.
  • Plan maintenance activities.
  • Upgrade phases and reboot action coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the platform.

Yourroleaccountabilities...

As part of the M2P Engineering team, this role provides Tier 2 support and engineeringexpertisefor MAM and post-production platforms within a virtualized hybrid on-premises and cloud environment.

Support:
  • Tier2 support

Qualifications &Experiences..
