Expleo Group invites applications for a Systems Engineer to support the development of integrated Electronic Warfare and Survivability capabilities for next‑generation fast jets. You will contribute to sensing architectures and deploy across the full engineering lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM discipline.
• Aptitude for collaboration across engineering teams.
• Professional registration or working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.

Responsibilities

• Support development of EW and Survivability system requirements.
• Contribute to system architecture, capability decomposition and interface management.
• Support integration of survivability capabilities within wider combat air architectures.
• Perform technical analysis, modelling and trade studies.
• Define verification and validation approaches for EW and survivability capabilities.
• Support laboratory, simulation and platform integration activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and artefacts.
• Participate in design reviews and stakeholder engagements.
• Support programme technical governance and risk management activities.
