Job summary
Holt Executive Ltd. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its defence-focused engineering team.
You will help align mechanical, electrical and software activities with customer requirements and contribute to surveillance, tracking and targeting systems for land and naval applications. You will own key systems engineering activities, support technical decisions and assist in delivering complex projects across the full development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Requires know-how in systems engineering across mech, elec and software.
- Familiarity with INCOSE guidance and best practices.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Capture and manage system requirements throughout development.
- Develop functional and physical architectures.
- Contribute to design reviews and safety analyses.
- Identify and mitigate technical and programme risks.
- Produce engineering management plans for safety, tests, and acceptance.
- Gather verification evidence to confirm requirements.
- Prepare procurement specs for subsystems.
