Overview

Duties and responsibilities
  • Assembly: Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final systems according to detailed engineering drawings, build notes, and work instructions.
  • Quality Control: Conduct in-process and final inspection in line with standard and QMS.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, improve yield, and reduce rework; provide feedback to production management.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production and test records, updating logs and databases as required.
  • Health & Safety: Follow ESD handling procedures and all site safety protocols to ensure a safe, compliant working environment.
Experience and qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in production, manufacturing.
  • Understanding of basic electronic principles and ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
