Sandwell Children’s Trust is seeking an experienced Systems Development Lead to drive innovation across our Families First programme and wider social care reforms. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Liquidlogic case management systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and fit for purpose.
You’ll shape how we capture and evidence services, enabling effective partnership working and high-quality delivery whilst driving forward our transformation agenda. Working collaboratively with partners, you’ll help embed a new model of support aligned with national priorities—making a real difference for children, young people, and families across Sandwell.
We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable System Lead who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families through effective, efficient, and innovative working practices.
