A great opportunity to join a software company with global clients as a System Administrator. My client has created a software that is utilised in Accounting, Management & Investment. This unique software has a wide range of uses for investment purposes with a lucrative client base in banks, legal, enterprises & accountants. The software is used across the UK, Europe and the Far-East.

A chance to work in a tightknit and friendly environment based in Haywards Heath as part of the software support team. You will provide both internal and external support to a large client base. This position offers hybrid working.

Job Responsibilities:

• Network Servers Management- Diagnosing & Troubleshooting
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware and application components of the IT system
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Train staff on new technologies

Experience:

• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Microsoft SQL Server and Management Studio
• Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Network knowledge, including DNS, AD, Group Policy and DHCP
• Knowledge of SOC 2 (Type 2) and SSAE-18 would be beneficial
• Experience in a finance/accounting background desirable
