Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative support for transport and site operations.
  • Maintain and develop the Steriworks system for data entry and monitoring.
  • Assist with month-end account reconciliations and ensure accurate billing.
  • Respond to customer enquiries through various communication channels.
  • Manage inventory and stock orders using Proactis.
