Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Synthetic Chemist in Oxfordshire to drive the development of innovative surface-treatment chemistries for a cleaner, greener world. You will conduct lab-based R&D, design synthetic routes, optimise reactions for yield and scalability, and interpret results to guide product development.

The role requires an MSc/PhD in Chemistry with industrial experience, strong communication, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Chemistry with proven industry experience.
• Practical experience in organic synthesis or wet chemistry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and spoken.
