Role Overview

To support our Customer experience team, we are looking for someone to triage calls to our 36 sites across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • To triage up to 120 calls per day from customers and clients to our 36 sites across the UK, ensuring we achieve a +90% answer rate.
  • Support the claims team by triaging the centralized inbox.
  • Support the claims team with adding instructions on BMS.
  • Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines.

  • Be a key communicator.
  • Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard.
