Job summary

Under Armour in Swindon is hiring a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving store sales. You will welcome customers, recommend apparel and footwear, and ensure the store remains polished and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA)
• Able to move around sales floor and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Fluent in local language; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Comfortable with technology and devices
• High-energy team player in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to each customer
• Share knowledge about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaborative skills within a team
• Work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Promote Rewards program to customers

Your Impact

We count on our Sales Associates to:

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear

• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
