Job summary

Monmouthshire County Council invites enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the MonLife swimming team at Caldicot Leisure Centre. You will deliver engaging sessions, encourage learners of all ages to improve technique, and nurture confidence in the water.

DBS enhanced with Children Barred List checks are required, and Welsh language skills are desirable. This role may be pro rata for part-time hours and may relocate if the service changes location.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our MonLife swimming team. As a vital part of our service, you will bring an
approachable, friendly, and patient manner to every session.You will inspire confidence, build trust, and empower learners of all ages to develop their swimming skills, refine technique, and grow in confidence in the water.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location

Caldicot Leisure Centre, NP26 4BN, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
