Job summary

Swim Sports Company Ltd is seeking engaging Swimming Teachers to join our award-winning team. You will deliver fun, safe, and structured lessons for children aged 3-11, helping them build confidence and reach their potential in the water.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to high teaching and safety standards.
• Desirable: Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (STA/SEQ or Swim England).
• Experience teaching children or working in a leisure environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver themed, structured swimming lessons for children aged 3-11, from beginners to competent swimmers.
• Adopt a modern, engaging and dynamic teaching style.
• Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families and communicating progress to parents.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment and ensure high safety standards.
• Track progress using digital systems and celebrate milestones.
• Communicate results confidently to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and site teams to maintain standards.
• Attend training and team meetings to stay current.
• Opportunity to work across multiple Swim@ venues if nearby.
