Job summary

David Lloyd is seeking a Swimming Instructor to engage and coach members of all ages, delivering both one-to-one and group sessions. The role focuses on helping swimmers reach personal goals in a supportive, friendly environment. You’ll promote health and fitness, and contribute to a thriving club culture.

Ideal candidates hold a Swim England Level 2 qualification, demonstrate excellent communication, and are self-motivated team players with a passion for delivering great member experiences.

Qualifications

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• A passion for health and fitness and the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and coach members to achieve swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions.
• Engage, coach and inspire swimmers of all ages.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs.
