swim@ is seeking enthusiastic Swimming Teachers to deliver fun, safe, and structured lessons for children aged 3–11. You will bring energy and a positive, child-friendly approach while upholding high safety standards and using digital tools to track progress and communicate outcomes.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Desirable: Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (STA or SEQ, or Swim England)
• Desirable: Experience teaching children or working in a leisure environment.
• Desirable: Lifesaving, safeguarding, or first aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, and review themed, structured swimming lessons for children aged 3–11 (from beginners to competent swimmers).
• Deliver with a modern, engaging and dynamic style always looking to bring your best self
• Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families, engaging with parents, and ensuring every swimmer feels supported.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all swimmers.
• Use our digital systems to track progress, celebrate milestones, and communicate results.
• Communicate confidently with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and site teams to maintain our high standards.
• Attend training and team meetings to stay current and continuously improve.

The Role

We’re looking for engaging, inspiring Swimming Teachers to join our award-winning team. You’ll deliver fun, safe, and structured swimming lessons that help children build confidence and achieve their potential in the water.
