Candidates must hold ASA/STA Level 2 and RLSS/NRASTC lifeguard qualifications, plus pass BPL's water safety test. The role includes flexible shifts and opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team.

BPL is a nationally recognised swimming school. Due to our commitment, hard work and levels of training and instruction that we provide for our teachers and customers, we received a distinguished award as one of the top swimming schools in the country. If you can offer the same levels of hard work and commitment, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for implementing high levels of guest care to ensure that the care, entertainment and satisfaction of customers is maintained at all times. You must hold the ASA or STA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification. In addition you must hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification or NRASTC, and be able to pass BPL's water safety test.
You'll complete daily tasks and welcome changes that help us to work better, you will be ready to jump in and help customers or your teammates anytime. You will help to make our spaces feel warm and welcoming for all. You will own your performance and work hard to meet your daily tasks and goals. You will always find new ways to make work better and help people to feel good!

3.5 hours per week at Your Space Dearneside
Saturday 09.00 - 12.30
