Job summary

Impulse Leisure is seeking swimming instructors to teach learners of all ages at our Thurrock facilities. The role offers permanent employment with regular classes and flexible hours from 3:45pm on weekdays and from 8am on weekends.

Applicants should hold a recognised swimming instruction qualification and relevant Baby Preschool STA credentials. As a dedicated member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of creating active and healthy communities while benefiting from staff training,

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognised qualification for instruction (ASA/Swim England Level 2).
• Baby Preschool Swimming Teaching qualification (or STA equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to individuals and groups.
• Operate during hours after school and on weekends as required.
• Ensure pupil safety and monitor progress throughout sessions.

Job description

Salary: £15.04 per hour up to £18.40 per hour for an exceptional candidate and subject to ASA / STA qualifications

Location: Thurrock (Essex)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Regular classes and variable (casual) hours (not guaranteed) subject to operational need. Hours within times Monday - Fridays from 3:45pm onwards, and weekends from 8am onwards..
