Job summary

Got2Swim is seeking qualified Swimming Teachers to join our team and deliver high-quality lessons at our venues in Denham, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, Amersham and Latimer. Teaching hours are available Monday to Saturday, with a part-time role comprising 3+ hours per day during term time and a self-employed rate of £25 per hour for holiday teaching hours.

The role offers an opportunity to inspire young swimmers and make a meaningful impact on their confidence and safety in the water.

Qualifications

• Hold a Swim England Level 2 or STA qualification.
• Be innovative and able to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups (from 2½ years upwards).
• Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity and interaction with swimmers.
• Maintain a high standard of teaching with innovative approaches to instruction.
