Job summary

Tom Dean Swim School in Berkshire/Windsor area invites a Level 1/2 Swimming Instructor to join our expanding team. You’ll deliver engaging lessons for all ages, adhere to Swim England NPTS, and help students build confidence in the water. We value passion for teaching, strong communication, reliability and a collaborative spirit.

A DBS check is required, and a pool rescue award is preferred or obtainable. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to grow with a supportive, Olympic-inspired swim

Qualifications

• Swim England Level 1/2 or STA Full Instructor qualification or equivalent.
• Experience teaching swimming
• Clear DBS disclosure required for this regulated post.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging swimming lessons aligned with company policies.
• Teach diverse students and adapt to individual needs.
• Maintain safety, safeguarding, and high teaching standards.
• Maximise participant retention through motivation and support.
• Communicate with the swim school coordinator and fellow team members.
• Inspire learners with the 23 bespoke challenges.
