Qualifications

• Minimum UKCC Level 2 qualification.
• Lifesaving qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to groups and individuals to motivate and instruct during lessons.
• Deliver engaging class programming and adapt to different abilities and ages.
• Build trust with students and encourage progression toward goals.
• Apply industry best practices to continuously improve service quality.
