Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a dedicated Swim professional to manage children's swimming lessons and maximise occupancy across our clubs. You will be a hands-on leader, delivering safe, high-quality instruction and a great member experience.

You will bring Swim England Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for fitness, paired with strong communication and active listening skills to build trust with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for fitness and helping members achieve goals.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage children's swimming lessons and maximise occupancy.
• Lead by example as a Swim professional and mentor to staff.
• Deliver great service and exceed member expectations in all interactions.
