Job summary

Places Leisure Group is seeking an Assistant Swimming Teacher to support lessons for babies to adults, under the Swimming Teacher. You will help swimmers develop skills and confidence in the water and may lead a small group under guidance.

Key requirements include the ability to work with children and as part of a team; Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent is preferred. The role offers flexible working options and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Preferred: experience assisting in swimming teaching/children's classes.
• Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Swimming Teacher in lessons from babies to adults.
• Work closely with swimmers to develop skills and confidence in the water.
• Assist in small groups under the direction of the Swimming Teacher.
