Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Swim Instructor to engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to reach their swimming goals. Sessions may be 1:1 or in groups, and the focus is on delivering an exceptional experience for every member.

Ideal candidates will hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification, demonstrate a passion for health and fitness, and show strong communication and teamwork. A proactive, self-motivated approach is essential to help members thrive.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who delivers great quality experiences to members.

Responsibilities

• Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve swimming goals in 1:1 or group sessions.
