Virgin Active is expanding its Family Activities Team and seeking two Swim Instructors to inspire swimmers of all ages. Deliver high-quality lessons, promote activities, and create a safe, engaging learning environment within our social wellness clubs.

You will work to the Swim England national plan for Teaching Swimming, maintaining excellent member care and contributing to the success of the programme.

Qualifications

• Flexible and approachable, able to connect with members from all walks of life.
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and delivering high-quality lessons.

Responsabilités

• Promote and deliver swimming lessons to a high standard for all member levels.
• Develop engaging classes following national teaching plans.
• Provide a safe and enjoyable pool environment and excellent member experience.
• Record attendance and progress to help meet individual and department targets.
• Collaborate with Swim management to achieve commercial success within the team.
