Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor to provide safe, effective swimming lessons at our fitness and wellbeing site. ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification required, along with strong communication and people skills.

You will deliver lessons in a friendly, inclusive environment and help customers meet their swimming goals, with opportunities to promote memberships and contribute to team performance.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 qualification or Swim England Level 2.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.
