Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Self-Employed Swimming Teacher to join our Worcester team. As a Swimming Instructor, you will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages, delivering both one-to-one and group sessions to help them achieve their swimming goals.

We value individuals with Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualifications or equivalent, who are self-motivated, communicate well and enjoy helping members thrive in a health-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starting attitude delivering high-quality member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-to-one and group swimming sessions for members of all ages.
• Inspire and coach swimmers to achieve personal goals.
