Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Kidbrooke Village is seeking a Swimming Instructor to engage, coach and inspire members of all ages in one-to-one or group sessions, helping them achieve their swimming goals.

Applicants must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent, have a passion for health and fitness, and strong communication and collaboration skills. We offer opportunities for career advancement and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming sessions (1:1 or group) and tailor coaching.
• Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their goals.
• Maintain safety and equipment, ensuring a positive member experience.
