Job summary

Swim Generation is recruiting Swimming Coaches for new hours in the Kingston Hill area. Coaches will be self-employed at an hourly rate from £25 to £29 per hour, delivering high‑quality coaching in luxury environments.

We focus on building confidence and skills, teaching from within the water in small groups (1:1, 2:1, 3:1). Applicants should hold Swim England or STA certifications and be enthusiastic about guiding children to enjoy swimming.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 1 and Level 2 certificates.
• If qualifications are with STA, Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate required.
• Experience in teaching swimming and managing groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming in water and in small groups.
• Deliver lessons to diverse age ranges and abilities.
• Ensure safety and uphold coaching standards during sessions.
