An international recruitment consultancy in Central London is seeking a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the medical devices and life sciences sector. You will engage in recruitment assignments focused on clients primarily in the Nordic countries, building long-term client relationships and managing recruitment solutions. The role offers a flexible work schedule and uncapped commission potential with an on-target earnings between £50,000 and £100,000.

  • Consistent placements over minimum of a 1 year period.

  • Location: Central London - 3 days a week in-office, 2 remote days a week

Our client is a leading international recruitment consultancy specialising in the medical devices, life sciences and software engineering sector, hiring the best industry talent across Europe.

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing expansion, they are hiring for either a Swedish, Norwegian or Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in the Nordic countries, focusing on clients from the medical technology, equipment and related sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients
  • Understanding client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to offer the best business solution
  • Leveraging solutions across all areas of talent management, having responsibility for pitching, winning business and negotiating new contracts
  • Building strong commercial and long-term relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with other business areas (marketing/delivery) to leverage opportunity and develop joined‑up propositions
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
  • Experience recruiting in medical devices, life sciences and software engineering sector
  • Experience covering international/European markets
  • 360 Recruitment experience (agency or internal) in the medical device or diagnostics industry with strong existing relationships
  • Strong search skills: using LinkedIn recruiter, advanced Boolean search, headhunting, lead generation, CV stripping
  • Consistent placements over minimum of a 1 year period
  • Resilient, creative, curious, process driven, and able to build relationships
Salary and Benefits

Negotiable base salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)
Uncapped commission – OTE £50,000 - £100,000
