A specialized educational trust in Towcester is looking for an Events Coordinator to support their growth. This role involves coordinating operational administration for training activities, providing administrative support to senior teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, diligent, accurate and effective Events Coordinator to support the SWAN Professional learning Alliance (SWAN PLA) with the next stage of their growth.
The SWAN Professional Learning Alliance (SWAN PLA) incorporates the SWAN Training School Alliance (SWAN TSA) and the Tove Learning Trust professional learning programme for all TLT employees. It provides a range of continuing professional development (CPD) and networks for the 15 TLT schools plus central colleagues and for schools outside the Trust who subscribe to the SWAN TSA. This post exists to coordinate or provide all of the operational administration relating to the collaborative activities of the SWAN TSA and PLA. The immediate team consists of the SWAN PLA Ops Manager, this role and an Admin and Finance Officer based at TLT HQ.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in the educational sector and be able to meet the essential aspects of the person specification.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a current driver’s licence. As travel is often required between sites, they must have access to a reliable means of transport in order to carry out their duties.
