Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and own a three‑year regional and market‑level growth strategy, including annual budgets and performance targets.
- Drive P&L accountability, ensuring growth in revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Translate corporate growth objectives into actionable regional plans that balance short‑term performance with long‑term market development.
- Build and lead a lean, multi‑disciplinary growth organization encompassing Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Solutioning.
- Support and guide a scalable, high‑performance sales motion tailored to EMEA market dynamics.
- Identify and manage strategic alliances and channel partners to expand reach and capability.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning across diverse markets.
- Provide interim oversight of delivery success, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence until a dedicated operations function is established.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key Accounts, driving senior‑level relationships and client growth.
- Partner with global leadership to shape and implement EMEA acquisition strategy, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration of acquired entities.
- Represent Bounteous at industry forums, partner discussions, and client engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols.
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Marketing services, consulting, or digital transformation, with a strong record of growth and P&L ownership.
- 15+ years of experience establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with executive‑level (VP, SVP, C‑suite) leaders in client organisations.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling regional businesses across EMEA.
- Deep understanding of the marketing services landscape (agency, consulting, technology‑driven).
- Proven ability to lead multi‑functional teams spanning Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Outstanding presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence executive‑level leadership.
- Exceptional written communication skills: the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications.
- Strong listening skills: a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into winning strategies.
- Experience in M&A strategy or post‑acquisition integration preferred.
