A leading global auction house is seeking a Global Head of Product Management to shape product vision and strategy. You will define the product roadmap and lead a team driving competitive advantage. The Global Head of Product Management will be responsible for setting product vision & strategy for all client facing and internal tools at Sotheby’s. You will set and prioritize the product roadmap while providing strategic leadership and direction that optimizes against our customer needs and internal business imperatives, while supporting sustainable competitive advantages and rapid growth objectives. You will bring deep and proven experience building consumer online marketplaces and demonstrated success in delivering world class digital solutions.
As a product leader, you have experience working in large‑scale, global organizations leading experienced product leaders as well as in high‑growth start‑ups. You have a passion for intuitive and delightful user experiences, and wish to tackle difficult product and engineering challenges in collaboration with your team and cross‑functional leaders. You are data‑driven, have very strong attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and the stamina to drive incremental progress.
