Citi in London is seeking a hands-on GenAI Full-Stack Engineer Lead to drive design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI-powered applications. You will stay close to the code while providing technical leadership across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services, mentoring engineers, and shaping platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering organisations in a hands-on technical capacity.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, resiliency patterns, scalability and performance engineering.
