About the Role: As a Field Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service users across Sutton receive safe, effective, and person‑centred care. You’ll support our care teams in the field, complete care assessments, develop care plans, and monitor service delivery to maintain our excellent quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of care plans.
  • Supervise and support care staff in the community.
  • Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and field observations.
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Support with training, mentoring, and performance management of carers.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
About You
  • Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Experience in domiciliary care and staff supervision.
