Qualifications

• Proven experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong pastry skills focusing on seasonal ingredients.
• Ability to supervise and train pastry team and manage breaks.

• Supervise and motivate the pastry team, ensuring breaks and workloads are managed.
