Qualifications

• Proven project delivery experience within a diverse and complex operating environment.
• Working knowledge of the JCT 2024 Suite of Contracts (training will be provided).
• Experience in procuring and managing external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop client briefs and appoint specialist consultants.
• Manage formal Construction Contracts and client relationships.
• Support the development of business cases for carbon reduction projects.
