Job summary

ENVISAGE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Sustainability Technical Project Manager to drive the transformation of sustainability across the global supply chain. You will lead high-impact projects with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to improve environmental performance and responsible sourcing.

The role requires turning strategy into action, delivering measurable results through structured planning, governance, and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain delivering sustainability initiatives.
Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with risks, dependencies and business requirements.
Practical knowledge of supply chain sustainability principles, supplier due diligence, sustainability compliance and performance improvement.
Strong understanding of Scope 3 emissions and sustainability reporting principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver sustainability projects across Procurement, ensuring clear outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive execution of the Procurement sustainability roadmap, translating strategic objectives into practical actions and measurable results.
Develop and manage project plans, governance forums, reporting, risks, dependencies, and escalation activities.
Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives, including decarbonisation, traceability, compliance, and responsible sourcing programmes.
Provide clear reporting, tools, and guidance to enable sustainability delivery across sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
