Fawkes & Reece Group in London is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead green building initiatives onsite at East London, Hackney. The role is full-time and permanent, based 5 days a week on-site with a strong construction background.

You will drive compliance with standards like BREEAM and LEED, implement ISO 14001/ISO 50001 and PAS 2080, track carbon footprints, LCAs and EPDs, and collaborate with site teams, authorities and the supply chain to deliver green targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability within construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead project assessments for green building standards such as BREEAM, and LEED.
• Implement and maintain frameworks such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 50001 (Energy Management), and PAS 2080 (Carbon Management in Infrastructure).
• Track and report carbon footprints, environmental product declarations (EPDs), and life-cycle analyses (LCAs).
• Interface with site teams, commercial/quantity surveying teams, local authorities, and the supply chain to drive self-delivery of green targets.
• Provide technical guidance on shifting standards (such as Part L and F Building Regulations).
