Levy UK & Ireland seeks a Sustainability Insights Solution Manager to turn complex sustainability data into business insights. You will build data-driven tools to measure impact across climate, nature and social value, guiding decision making and reporting for major venues and clients.

You will own end-to-end data solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of reporting standards to deliver credible analytics and actionable recommendations.

• Develop dashboards and measurement tools for carbon, waste, packaging, sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop dashboards and performance tools for sustainability areas (carbon, food-related impacts, waste, packaging, sourcing).
• Act as central hub for sustainability data, establish definitions and standards for reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate sustainability reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Develop tools that incorporate new data sources and reporting requirements.
• Translate complex sustainability data into actionable business insights, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Improve data quality, completeness and governance across datasets.
• Stay up to date with reporting requirements and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to develop evidence-based insights and impact assessments.
• Develop automated reporting to support client presentations and strategic projects.
• Lead reporting frameworks for social value initiatives (community engagement, diversity, inclusion).
• Ensure social value outcomes can be measured and communicated.
