Job summary

Breath HR in London is seeking a finance professional to contribute to analysis, budgeting and forecasting within a growing international sustainability-focused organisation. You will support credit control, reporting, and financial planning, building models and providing timely information to senior colleagues while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

The role offers hybrid working (London office 2–3 days) and exposure to cross-border finance activities, payroll processing

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, finance analysis or related role.
• Ability to build financial models and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Experience with accounting systems; Xero is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support credit control, supplier payments and reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts and KPIs, explaining variances.
• Contribute to annual budget and rolling forecasts with budget holders.
• Support payroll processing for UK and overseas staff.
• Assist external auditors with documentation and explanations.
• Maintain ledgers, journals and weekly bank reconciliations; review cost allocations.
