Job summary

Willmott Dixon Group is recruiting an Environmental and Sustainability Manager to support the East Midlands region from Nottingham. The role involves regular site travel and hybrid working, partnering with project teams to embed environmental practices across work winning to completion.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an environmental role in construction.
Experience conducting environmental inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
Experience maintaining ISO14001 certification.
Good working knowledge of environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist environmental support to the business.
Ensure compliance with environmental targets and ISO 14001 certification.
Develop and maintain Environmental Risk Management System across projects.
Upskill and coach project teams on managing environmental risk.
Assist with certifiable sustainable assessment methodologies (e.g., BREEAM, FitWell, WELL).
