Job summary

The Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service seeks a permanent post in its Assets department to support the Environmental Sustainability and Compliance team. The role focuses on building systems for the sustainability strategy and handling datasets to report trends to the Senior Leadership Team.

The position is full time and flexible, with work from home, stations or support offices and a day per week on site for key meetings. A standard DBS check is required before any offer.

Qualifications

• Experience working with and manipulating datasets and databases.
• Experience researching, collecting, collating and presenting benchmarking data.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain systems and procedures that support the Environmental Sustainability Management strategy.
• Work with datasets and databases to provide reporting for the Senior Leadership Team, identifying trends and future improvements.
• Provide high-level administrative support across the Environmental Sustainability and Compliance team for strategies, plans and projects.
