MorePeople is looking for an Environment & Sustainability Technologist in Kent to drive environmental sustainability across a complex fresh produce business. You will connect data, people, projects and strategy to turn carbon targets and customer requirements into practical improvements.

Strong understanding of environmental legislation and ESG reporting.
Experience turning environmental data into practical recommendations.
Ability to manage and coordinate sustainability projects across teams.

Responsibilities

Own the sustainability action plan with targets, owners and milestones.
Lead environmental reporting for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
Drive Net Zero activity with teams, growers and suppliers.
Turn data into decisions with dashboards, reports and insights.
Coordinate water, waste, packaging and biodiversity initiatives across the supply chain.
Monitor compliance with legislation and customer requirements.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, growers and partners to implement changes.
Prepare accurate submissions, evidence packs and audit information.
